Fruit Eclair. While i love it spooned over yogurt or better yet a gorgeous pavlova, i have to confess, i do dream of those black cans of hawaiian sun. Lilikoi aka passion fruit is one of my favorite flavors in all the land.

Mango & passion fruit eclairs.
Eclair with cream cheese mango & passion fruit. They are super fancy and will make everyone say wow as soon as you serve them to. These passion fruity eclairs are my faves. An éclair is an oblong pastry made with choux dough filled with a cream and topped with chocolate icing.
